Challenge # 12 Christmas is coming! or Winter is Here! ( With Michele)
Welcome Everyone,
December is here and that means a new challenge for all! It's My turn to show my card and a new image from Crissy! The theme this month is Chritmas is coming! or Winter is here! Either one will be fine, When you have your card done, you need to pop back to Crissy's post to link to the linkz in blue under her post
Here are a few things from Crissy's post the other day I'm adding again for anyone that may have missed this:
Crissy is going to do something a little different for blog candy with this month's challenge! In the spirit of Christmas and giving, she is going to give away one digital image to the first 12 players! AND she will be opening up the contest to include EVERYONE (not just for those using one of her images)!! So if you are one of the first twelve players to link up your Christmas/winter card on here, you will get your choice of one of Crissy's digital images from either Whimsy or Squigglefly! How fun is that!
Now to keep it fair, you must make a card specifically for this challenge. Any cards that are "back-linked" will not qualify.
And, if you don't make it in the race for top twelve, you can still have a chance to win at the end of this month. Crissy will still draw a name (using from the participants, and that lucky person will get to choose 2 images of their choice from her collection.
So what are you waiting for!! Ready, set, get crafting!!
O.K. Now for my card:-) I used Crissy's new Angel called "Touched by love" found at Whimsy stamps HERE. I used Graphic 45 Papers, colored my image with Copic Markers, I have all the details over at my blog if you want to know more about how I put my card together which is 6x6.
Don't forget you have till end of December to get your card up! I have Crissy's first post linked in her name at the top of my post in Large print just click on that and it will take you back to the original post, this is where you will find the blue Linkz button. Enjoy and have fun:-) The rest of the team will be taking turns throughout the month here so come back often to see their fabulous work. Remember you can use any image to be in the candy drawing:-)
Hugs to All

  1. Beautiful image. Stunning card. I love the matching edges and corners. Thank you for sharing. Truly inspirational. Happy crafting!

  2. Oh Michele, you did a fantastic job on this one! I just love all your contrasting layers, and esp. the candy cane stripe layer. Your use of the punched edges and corners is unique and beautiful. Love your soft colouring too, it makes the whole card look softer and sweeter. Merry Christmas!
