Challenge #20 -- K.I.S.S.-- Keep it Simple Stamper-- Shari's Turn

Hi, my name is Shari and I am so thrilled and honored to be a new member of the Sundays with Crissy Design Team.  I am mom to two adults and 3 fur babies, and have been a crafter forever.  I started with rug hooking, crocheting, faux painting, and then ran my own tole painting business for years ( even cut my own pieces of wood ).  Scrapbooking entered the picture about 14 years ago when I moved to Calgary.  When Copics first came out I resisted - who needed another addiction LOL!!! - that lasted for a whole two months, and then I took a basic class and the rest as they say is history!!   I became a Copic Certified Designer in April 2010 and LOVE everything about Copics, including experimenting with all kind of techniques, and passing my passion and knowledge on to fellow Copic lovers!!!   I also enjoy the technique of painting with distress inks to color images, so every once in a while I will switch things up - keeps everyone guessing!

Our challenge for this month is K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple Stamper.

For my first card as a member of Crissy's Crew I have painted the gorgeous "Ophelia" by Crissy with Distress Inks.  For more information on my card please visit my blog here, I am looking forward to meeting you!

Now it's your turn to give us a K.I.S.S.!! Show us your simple cards!! See upload instructions below!! There will be five free digi's given to one lucky challenge participant who will be chosen by Random.org at the end of the month! You may now use images from any company and still be included in the draw for the blog candy prize! Those who use one of Crissy's images, either from her rubber or digital collections will be entered twice in the draw. But please respect the rule of no more than three entries per month. Otherwise your entries could be deleted.

To enter your card into our challenge please find the inlinkz option on Sarah's post HERE.  More information about downloading your card are on Sarah's post.

Remember the challenge runs for the whole of August so you have a few more days left to enter your card.  I hope you keep popping back thoughout the month to see even more inspiration from the design team.

  1. Beautiful card Shari! Your coloring is gorgeous - I've never tried coloring with Distress Inks so I'll have to give it a go!
Looking forward to seeing more of your creations!
