CHALLENGE #20 - SHARON'S TURN

Hi Everyone
Firstly I would like to say I am so pleased and excited to be asked to join Crissy Armstrong and her fabulous design team at "Sunday's with Crissy".
Here's a little about me.
My Photo
My name is Sharon and I am from the UK.
Like so many crafters I have always enjoyed creative pursues. From my first memory I can remember colouring paper stencils, always having arty things for Christmas, loving copying drawings and colouring (did really well at School in Geography - the teacher loved my maps etc).
My Nan was very creative being born at the turn of the previous century it was a necessary to be able to sew, knit etc. She taught me how to crochet - I can remember thinking at the time this was so modern and my Nan was so trendy!

I taught myself Knitting, my Mum could also sew - so learnt alot from her, even took a couple of City and Guilds in Dressmaking and Soft Furnishings.

Over the years I have dabbled with many things including Jewellery making, Calligraphy, Painting and Drawing, Beauty, Massage, Literature, Home Decor, Piano - and even had a go at guitar to help my son when he first started guitar lessons. The list goes on and on.
It was only after several years of not working due to health that I managed to take up crafting - this was mainly due to the fact that I thought it would be an easier alternative to doing a HND in fine art which I wasn't well enough to do.
I haven't looked back since taking this up - it has helped me immensely - although I do get very tired so it probably takes me a lot longer than most to complete a project. That being said I have loved so many elements of crafting my favourite as the moment is colouring with alcohol markers. Every day I look forward to developing my skills and learning new techniques.

Now the bit you have been waiting for - this month's challenge is KISS - "Keep it Simple Stamper". I have used three of Chrissy's digi stamps for this project and merged them using Paint Net.

Digi's: LOVE ME ANYWAY/ available from Whimsy Designs.
FORGIVEN AND SENTIMENT: "Looks like one of those days" both available from Squigglefly.

For details of how this card was created check out my blog here.
