Distressing with Pop's

Hi everyone Pop's here, The challenge is Distressing, I have distressed with chalk inks and with scissors..

I have used the gorgeous image called Maya blowing bubbles (from Whimsy Stamps), she has to be one of my favorites, no matter how old you are everyone likes bubbles and I have been practicing with different tones for my skin again....

Welcome to my challenge blog!

Although this is mainly a card maker's challenge blog, you may enter any craft item you have made as long as you have used some form of stamping (rubber or digital)! Of course I would love it if you used one of my images from Whimsy, Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, Squigglefly or Wags 'n Whiskers. However, it is not necessary to be eligible for the blog candy draw. But if you DO use one of my images, you will get entered twice!

- Blog candy offered with every challenge!
- Winner decided by random draw (random.org).
- Combining multiple challenges from blogland welcome!

Hi, I'm Sarah and I live in SW Ontario, Canada with my husband, daughter, and two crazy cats. I have been an avid scrapbooker for most of my life and started making cards about 4 years ago. Most of my stamp collection at the moment is rubber but I have also fallen madly in love with digital stamps too!! I gravitate to using alcohol based markers to colour my images but also love to use Prismacolor pencils with mineral spirits too; sometimes combining both methods. I feel very excited, blessed and honoured to be a member of Crissy's Crew!!

Hi I’m Linda. I am from the UK, but for the time being I live in Bahrain with my lovely husband Brian who works here, he is very supportive to my crafting adventures as I call them, which is bit of a task sometimes with all the mess I make in my craft room. I have always loved arts and crafts especially scrapbooking, altered art and card making but my adventures took a turn when I found stamping three years ago and was hooked straight away, I use all kinds of mediums but Copic and Pro Markers are my favourites.

I am mom to two adults and 4 fur babies, and have been a crafter forever. I started with rug hooking, crocheting, faux painting, and then ran my own tole painting business for years ( even cut my own pieces of wood ). Scrapbooking entered the picture about 14 years ago when I moved to Calgary. When Copics first came out I resisted - who needed another addiction LOL!!! - that lasted for a whole two months, and then I took a basic class and the rest as they say is history!! I became a Copic Certified Designer in April 2010 and LOVE everything about Copics, including experimenting with all kind of techniques, and passing my passion and knowledge on to fellow Copic lovers!!! I am so honored to be invited to join the DT at Sundays with Crissy, and am looking forward to getting to meet new people through the challenges.

I love traveling, photography, talking and reading, and am happy as long as I'm learning something! Hello, my name is Rosalien Zwackhalen and I live in the Netherlands. I’m married and we have 2 grown up children ( a daughter and a son ) who live on their own now. We also have 2 German Shepherds who are the greatest dogs in the world. I had a lot of hobby’s in the past but Scrapbooking and Card Making with rubber or digital stamps are my favorites. I discovered them a couple of years ago and I never loved a hobby as much as this one. Soon I started my own blog and joined some DT’s. I was so excited when I was asked to join Chrissy’s DT. I love her images and they are so great to color. And it’s so great to be part of this amazing and super talented DT.I hope I can inspire you a little with my creations, just like you all do to me with your creations.

Hi! My name is Chris Olsen and I live in Bloomingburg, NY, with my wonderful husband, Scott, and two beautiful girls, Nicki and Meghan. I love everything crafty and began stamping about 3 1/2 years ago. I especially enjoy coloring and creating cards or 3D gifts for others. I use stamping as a hobby or way to escape.
