K.I.S.S. Keep it simple Stamper challenge with Chris

Happy Monday All!
It's my turn at the new challenge this month of K.I.S.S. which is: "Keep It Simple Stamper" I know for some of you, like me, keeping it simple is hard, including me..... but this is a challenge right? I used one of Crissy's new Digital images called Forget Me Not released on August 1 over at Whimsy Stamps. Isn't she darling?!!!!

I decided to make a simple shaped card and colored the image with copics. No sewing...very little embellishments...not many layers. For more details or photos, you can visit my blog here.

There will be five free digi's given to one lucky challenge participant who will be chosen by Random.org at the end of the month! You may now use images from any company and still be included in the draw for the blog candy prize! Those who use one of Crissy's images, either from her rubber or digital collections will be entered twice in the draw. But please respect the rule of no more than three entries per month. Otherwise your entries could be deleted.

You can link your K.I.S.S. creation here.

Thanks for stopping by!! We can't wait to see your creations!!

Stitching- Chris Olsen's Turn

Happy Monday Everyone!  I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable weekend....maybe with some stamp time perhaps? Since we are now into a new month, that means we have a new challenge for you at Sunday's With Crissy. This month's theme is stitching...this could be faux stitching or real sewing stitches.

Since I just love stitching, I just had to pull out my sewing machine and do LOTS of stitching.  I used one of my fave Spring images from Wags n Whiskers illustrated by Crissy: Easter Blessings from Wags n Whiskers ( this is available as rubber or digi).  I colored the image with copics and added lots of details to my creation.

I hope you are inspired by my creation, if so please join us.  Should your create a card or project with stitching, just link your creation here.

For more details on my creation, you can visit my blog Twinkles Glow with Stamps.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
